Alison Blyth, a half Kiwi, half Aussie mother, lawyer and self-described wanna-be cyclist, organisaed a 27-day Ride out of the Blue challenge (2011) that saw participants cover over 2,300km to celebrate life, raise awareness around depression, and raise money for the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.
