Mind (UK)
Mind is a UK-based charity that promotes mental health. Their website contains information about a large range of mental health topics, including postnatal depression. Their online booklet is comprehensive and provides links to related topics such as food and mood, or managing stress.

Mothers Matter (NZ)
An online resource for PND and other perinatal mental illnesses, created by the Postnatal Depression Family/Whanau NZ Trust. It provides support information for consumers, medical information for both professionals and consumers, information on culture, fathers, pregnancy, babies and personal stories. All information is evidence based and updated.

PANDA Post and Antenatal Depression Association (Australia)
An Australian-based information and referral service with lots of practical information on the website including fact sheets, recovery, information for men, information for kids and information for students.

Perinatal Mental Health New Zealand Trust
To improve outcomes for families and whanau affected by mental illness related to pregnancy, childbirth and early parenthood.

Raising Children Network (Australia)
This Australian site covers all aspects of parenting, from pregnancy to early teens. There is a dedicated section on looking after yourself as a new parent, including content on postnatal depression written by PANDA (Post and Antenatal Depression Association). The site includes videos, discussion forums, and illustrated guides to skills such as breastfeeding and infant CPR.

The Post Natal Psychosis Support Group (NZ)
This site has been designed to provide information to women, and their families and friends, who are, or have been, suffering from Post Natal Psychosis. The information provided will point you in the direction of the assistance you require.
