An evidence-based online cognitive therapy module available in NZ - developed by the New Zealand Guidelines Group (NZGG) with content provided by Ultrasis UK Ltd and Opening Doors Ltd on behalf of Medtech Limited with funding from the New Zealand Ministry of Health. If you live in New Zealand, this programme is available as part of your treatment through your GP. Talk to your doctor if you think Beating the Blues could be helpful for you.
